The Greens of Vista – HomeOwner Interview – Manufactured Home Living

For many years people said “a picture is worth a thousand words,” but today a good video is worth even more. In the next few minutes, you’ll hear about the actual experience of a real home owner, Ryan Schmidt, who lives in a modern two-story factory-crafted home with his family at The Greens of Vista Nashport, OH north of Zanesville.

I’ve interviewed and spoken with thousands of manufactured and modular home business professionals, home shoppers and home owners over the years. That said, I confess the day we shot these videos was quite a special experience.

This will be the first in a periodic series of interviews with real home owners, not actors. None of those interviewed were paid or compensated for sharing a few minutes of their personal stories.

With this homeowner, notice that Ryan was very familiar with residential ‘on site’ or ‘stick built’ construction and they were so pleased with their purchase then, and years later too. Notice too that his friends didn’t think of his home as a “mobile home,” because it isn’t!

We hope this will open the eyes of many to the realities of modern factory crafted home living. Enjoy! ##
