Chris and Vicky Tracy are a professional couple, with different careers.
Each are educated, successful, clearly proficient, and informed about housing. That’s because they’ve experienced all kinds of living, and they did their homework before buying their new home too.
They live on an sizable, private acreage near Sperry, in Osage County, OK. They’ll explain in this video why that’s relevant for their new home decision. As you listen to them tell their story, you may see why part of what they shared made me think about California, as well the Great Plains, and other places in the U.S.
As with others that we interview on the Inside MH Road Show, the discussions involve no rewards or scripting with those interviewed. Prior to doing this interview, Inside MH never met this couple.
While the team are setting up cameras, putting a mic on everyone, etc., yours truly is chatting with the Tracy family. That helps me save time on camera, and makes for a better interview.
After the interview, we got a tour of the rest of their property, some of which is shown in this video tour, home, their personal items, and related video, in this packed, 8 minute discussion.
Chris Tracy says he’s been involved in building houses, and they could afford to buy whatever housing type they wanted.
