Maintaining Quality and Strength While Saving Homebuyers Money – Inside MH Video with Mike Stone, part 2

Millions have misunderstandings about manufactured homes. Some are confused by the terminology, which a simple visual explanation of the evolution from ‘trailer house’ to ‘mobile home’ to today’s manufactured homes is linked here. Millions don’t realize that you can get incredible looks and quality in residential style manufactured homes (MH), that there are many models available besides an ‘entry level’ MH. Among the common urban myths is that since the price is so much lower on a manufactured home (MH) than on-site building, that must imply that the quality is somehow lacking.  That’s wrong!

This video will show you how that good looks, quality and savings are all done.

As with many of our Inside MH Road Show videos, this one will feature some interiors of a great looking home.

One reason we LOVE to do videos on factory tours – like this one in Red Bay, Alabama based Sunshine Homes Inc – is that we can PROVE how heavily built today’s manufactured homes truly are! Talking to an expert like their production supervisor Mike Stone is a great way to showcase the truth about modern MH.

Mike (on the right) and another building team member, giving each other ‘double high fives.’

If you missed part 1 of the video interview with Mike Stone, please click on this link here and invest a few minutes on that segment. While each part of the video interview will ‘stand alone,’ it will make a bit more sense taken in sequence.

My thanks to John Bostick (if you’ve not seen the video interview with John and his wife Pam, please click here) and his team for the incredible access our videographer and I were given. We could roam around their building center, ask questions and video the people, work and materials.

All that means, you can see the truth via this and related videos for yourself. Please share this with those who are house shopping or who need a better understanding of MH today. ##
