A Shout Out to Christine N at US Airways in Columbus (CMH)

port-columbus-cmh-airport-tower-credit-wikicommons-posted-manufactured-home-livingnewsGood service is at the heart of any fine operation, regardless if the operation is a private company, non-profit, governmental or a faith based group. Anthony J., one of MHLivingNews.com‘s associates, was traveling recently when circumstances created a rapidly needed change of plans.

Anthony said he approached the desk at the nearest gate he was at in Columbus, OhIo’s CMH airport. He was met by Christine N with US Airways.

Christine, we are told, could have ‘punted,’ as weather delays were causing all the airlines with connections east significant issues.

But instead, Christine N immediately swung into action to assist Anthony with his need in a friendly and professional manner. Christine then also reached out to another team member of U.S. Airways, who also accommodated a related need.

To Christine N with U.S. Airways and all who serve well with any operation, we send this kudos and shout out! ##
